 कोन है आपके मित्र 

आपकी मित्रता जिसके साथ आप ज्यादा वक्त गुजारेंगे ! उस इंसान का या उसके विचार का आपके विचारों और आदतों पर प्रभाव पड़ेगा कुछ लोग कहते हैं हमारे बच्चे गांजा नहीं पीते थे, शराब नहीं पीते थे, सिनेमा देखने नहीं जाते थे मगर दोस्ती में पकड़ कर यह सब करने लगे चोरी और खून में पकड़े गए बेटे के बारे में भी मां-बाप यह कहते हैं! अरे क्या करें कोई गड़बड़ी नहीं थी परंतु गलत दोस्ती ने मेरे बेटे को बिगाड़ दिया ! हम मनुष्यों के सामने एक समस्या यह है कि हम अन्य लोगों को दबाव में आकर दोस्ती में आकर ऐसी बातें बोलते सोचते और करते हैं । जो हमारे लिए बोलना सोचना और करना उचित नहीं इस प्रकार की बातें मुझको नहीं मालूम कि लोग क्यों करते हैं विशेषकर हमारे देश में या सर्वसाधारण बात है प्रिय दोस्तों आप जिनके साथ मेल मिलाप रखते हैं यदि उनके बातें निराश उत्पन्न करने वाली है तो जीवन भी उस से मिलन हो जाएगा इस कारण आपकी दोस्ती ऐसे लोगों के साथ होनी चाहिए जिनकी बातें बलवान करने वाली और आशा उत्पन्न करने वाली हो ऐसे लोग जो भी बात करते हैं वह उनेजना जाना कि नहीं बल्कि निराश उत्पन्न करने वाली बातें करते हैं । सर्वप्रथम आप निराश उत्पन्न करने वाली डरपोक लोगों से और आपके अंदर निराश डालने वाले लोग से दूर रहो इस प्रकार के लोगों से दोस्ती ना करें इस प्रकार के मित्र यदि आपके हैं! तो उनके विदा ले ले आपके जीवन में किए गए पांच गलतियां जलन सब के बारे में आप कहेंगे, वास्तव में मुझे ऐसा करने नहीं चाहिए ! क्या करें उनके साथ दोस्ती कर मैं उस गलत कार्य करने को प्रेरित हो गया दोस्ती जब हम निराश होते हैं तब अक्सर गलत निर्णय लेते हैं!

First Reading: Philippians 1:1-11

3 I give thanks to my God in every remembrance of you,

वर्ष का तीसवाँ सामान्य सप्ताह, शुक्रवार

📒 पहला पाठ फ़िलिप्पियों के नाम सन्त पौलुस का पत्र 1:1-11

1) फिलिप्पी में रहने वाले ईसा मसीह के सब सन्तों और उसके अध्यक्षों तथा धर्मसेवकों के नाम ईसा मसीह के सेवक पौलुस और तिमथी का पत्र।

2) हमारा पिता ईश्वर और प्रभु ईसा मसीह आप लोगों को अनुग्रह तथा शान्ति प्रदान करें!

3) जब-जब मैं आप लोगों को याद करता हूँ, तो अपने ईश्वर को धन्यवाद देता हूँ।

4) मैं हमेशा अपनी हर प्रार्थना में आनन्द के साथ आप सबों के लिए विनती करता हूँ;

5) क्योंकि आप प्रारम्भ से अब तक सुसमाचार के कार्य में सहयोग देते आ रहे हैं।

6) जिसने आप लोगों में यह शुभ कार्य आरम्भ किया, वह उसे ईसा मसीह के आगमन के दिन तक पूर्णता तक पहुँचा देगा। इसका मुझे पक्का विश्वास है।

7) आप सबों के विषय में मेरा यह विचार उचित है- आप मेरे हृदय में बस गये हैं, क्योंकि जब मैं कै़द में हूँ या अदालत में सुसमाचार की सच्चाई का साक्ष्य देता हूँ, तो आप सब मेरे सौभाग्य के सहभागी हो जाते हैं।

8) ईश्वर जानता है कि मैं ईसा मसीह के प्रेम से प्रेरित हो कर आप लोगों को कितना चाहता हूँ।

9) ईश्वर से मेरी प्रार्थना यह है कि आपका प्रेम, ज्ञान तथा हर प्रकार की अन्तर्दृष्टि में, बराबर बढ़ता जाये,

10) जिससे जो श्रेय है, आप उसे पहचानें और प्यार करें। इस तरह आप लोग मसीह के आगमन के दिन पवित्र तथा निर्दोष होंगे।

11) और ईश्वर की महिमा तथा प्रशंसा के लिए ईसा मसीह के द्वारा परिपूर्ण धार्मिकता तक पहुँच जायेंगे।

📙 सुसमाचार : सन्त लूकस 14:1-6

1) ईसा किसी विश्राम के दिन एक प्रमुख फ़रीसी के यहाँ भोजन करने गये। वे लोग उनकी निगरानी कर रहे थे।

2) ईसा ने अपने सामने जलोदर से पीड़ित एक मनुष्य को देख कर

3) शास्त्रियों तथा फ़रीसियों से यह कहा, "विश्राम के दिन चंगा करना उचित है या नहीं?"

4) वे चुप रहे। इस पर ईसा ने जलोदर-पीड़ित का हाथ पकड़ कर उसे अच्छा कर दिया और विदा किया।

5) तब ईसा ने उन से कहा, "यदि तुम्हारा पुत्र या बैल कुएँ में गिर पड़े, तो तुम लोगों में ऐसा कौन है, जो उसे विश्राम के दिन ही तुरन्त बाहर निकाल नहीं लेगा?"

6) और वे ईसा को कोई उत्तर नहीं दे सके।

📚 मनन-चिंतन

आज से हम पहला पाठ के रूप में फिलिप्पियों के नाम संत पौलुस का पत्र सुनते हैं। संत पौलुस ने विश्वासियों को शिक्षा देने, उनका मार्गदर्शन करने, गलत धारणाओं का खंडन करने और इन सबसे बढ़कर उनके प्रति अपना प्रेम प्रकट करने के लिए पत्र लिखे। आज का पाठ ऐसे प्रेम का एक सुंदर संकेत है जहां वह अपने महान प्रेम, आनंद, कृतज्ञता और उनके लिए प्रार्थनाओं को व्यक्त करता है। वह फिलिप्पियों की प्रशंसा करता है और सुसमाचार के प्रति बड़ी ईमानदारी से जवाब देने के लिए उन्हें धन्यवाद देता है क्योंकि इन सबके द्वारा ईश्वर की महिमा का बखान किया गया है। वह प्रार्थना करता है कि उनका आपसी प्रेम, उनका ज्ञान और धारणा बढ़ जाए ताकि वे पहचान सकें कि क्या सबसे अच्छा है और अपने जीवन में शुद्ध और पवित्र बने रहें।

आज का अनुवाक्य यह घोषणा करता है कि ईश्वर आश्चर्यपूर्ण संकेतों के माध्यम से अपनी दिव्य महिमा को प्रकट करता है। यह हमारे लिए ईश्वर का को धन्यवाद देने का कारण होना चाहिए।

आज का सुसमाचार येसु के प्रेम और शिक्षा को दर्शाता है जहां वह विश्राम के दिन एक पीड़ित व्यक्ति के लिए करुणा से उसकी चंगाई करता है। मनुष्य का ज्ञान और समझ दूसरों के प्रति प्रेमपूर्ण और करुणामय कार्यों में परिवर्तित होना चाहिए। यही प्रभु येसु का सुसमाचार का मर्म है जिसे संत पौलुस और अन्य प्रेरितों ने प्रचार किया था। येसु इस अवसर का उपयोग करते हुए विश्राम दिवस का वास्तविक उद्देश्य के बारे में सिखाता है - जिससे लोग पूरी तरह से ईश्वर को महिमा दे सकें।

Covid19 की वजह से लॉकडाउन के दौरान अपने समय का सार्थक उपयोग करने में हम संत पौलुस से बहुत कुछ सीख सकते हैं। टेलीफोन या अन्य संचार माध्यम से दूसरों से संपर्क करने का और उनके लिए प्रार्थना करने का एक उपयुक्त समय है। दूसरों के प्रति प्रेम और करुणा व्यक्त करने के लिए अपने ज्ञान और समझ का उपयोग करें और इस प्रकार ईश्वर की महिमा करें।

📚 REFLECTION

From today we listen to the letter of St. Paul to the Philippians in the first reading. St. Paul wrote his letters to teach, to guide, to correct and above all to express his love towards the believers. Today’s reading is a beautiful sign of such love where he expresses his great love, joy, gratitude and prayers for them. He praises the Philippians and thanks them for responding so faithfully to the Gospel which has been preached to them, all for the great glory and honour of God. He prays that their mutual love, their knowledge and perception may increase so that they will recognize what is best and remain pure and holy.

The Responsorial Psalm proclaims that God manifests the divine glory through the majestic signs and wonders that he works. This should lead to people giving thanks and glory to God.

The gospel shows the love and teaching of Jesus which demonstrate his compassion and healing for a person on a Sabbath. Knowledge and understanding must flower forth into loving and compassionate action towards those who suffer. This is the sign of the true gospel of Jesus Christ which St. Paul and other apostles preached. Jesus uses this occasion to teach about the true purpose of the Sabbath – allowing people to fully give glory to God.

We can learn a lot from St. Paul in using our time meaningfully during this lockdown caused by Covid19. It is an opportune time to communicate our love and concern for others by expressing them through telephone calls and our prayers for them. Make use of your knowledge and understanding to express love and compassion towards others and thus glorify God.

First Reading: Ephesians 6:10-20

10 Finally, brethren, be strengthened in the Lord, and in the might of his power.

11 Put you on the armour of God, that you may be able to stand against the deceits of the devil.

12 For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood; but against principalities and power, against the rulers of the world of this darkness, against the spirits of wickedness in the high places.

13 Therefore take unto you the armour of God, that you may be able to resist in the evil day, and to stand in all things perfect.

14 Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of justice,

15 And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace:

16 In all things taking the shield of faith, wherewith you may be able to extinguish all the fiery darts of the most wicked one.

📒 पहला पाठ एफ़ेसियों के नाम सन्त पौलुस का पत्र 6:10-20

10) अन्त में यह-आप लोग प्रभु से और उसके अपार सामर्थ्य से बल ग्रहण करें,

11) आप ईश्वर के अस्त्र-शस्त्र धारण करें, जिससे आप शैतान की धूर्तता का सामना करने में समर्थ हों;

12) क्योंकि हमें निरे मनुष्यों से नहीं, बल्कि इस अन्धकारमय संसार के अधिपतियों, अधिकारियों तथा शासकों और आकाश के दुष्ट आत्माओं से संघर्ष करना पड़ता है।

13) इसलिए आप ईश्वर के अस्त्र-शस्त्र धारण करें, जिससे आप दुर्दिन में शत्रु का सामना करने में समर्थ हों और अन्त तक अपना कर्तव्य पूरा कर विजय प्राप्त करें।

14) आप सत्य का कमरबन्द कस कर, धार्मिकता का कवच धारण कर

15) और शान्ति-सुसमाचार के उत्साह के जूते पहन कर खड़े हों।

16) साथ ही विश्वास की ढाल धारण किये रहें। उस से आप दुष्ट के सब अग्निमय बाण बुझा सकेंगे।

17) इसके अतिरिक्त मुक्ति का टोप पहन लें और आत्मा की तलवार-अर्थात् ईश्वर का वचन-ग्रहण करें।

18) आप लोग हर समय आत्मा में सब प्रकार की प्रार्थना तथा निवेदन करते रहें। आप लोग जागते रहें और सब सन्तों के लिए निरन्तर विनती करते रहें।

19) आप मेरे लिए भी विनती करें, जिससे बोलते समय मुझे शब्द दिये जायें और मैं निर्भीकता से उस सुसमाचार का रहस्य घोषित कर सकूँ,

20) जिस सुसमाचार का मैं बेडि़यों से बँधा हुआ राजदूत हूँ। आप विनती करें, जिससे मैं निर्भीकता से सुसमाचार का प्रचार कर सकूँ, जैसा कि मेरा कर्तव्य है।

📙 सुसमाचार : सन्त लूकस 13:31-35

31) उसी समय कुछ फ़रीसियों ने आ कर उन से कहा, "विदा लीजिए और यहाँ से चले जाइए, क्योंकि हेरोद आप को मार डालना चाहता है"।

32) ईसा ने उन से कहा, "जा कर उस लोमड़ी से कहो-मैं आज और कल नरकदूतों को निकालता और रोगियों को चंगा करता हूँ और तीसरे दिन मेरा कार्य समापन तक पहुँचा दिया जायेगा।

33) आज, कल और परसों मुझे यात्रा करनी है, क्योंकि यह हो नहीं सकता कि कोई नबी येरूसालेम के बाहर मरे।

34) “येरूसालेम! येरूसालेम! तू नबियों की हत्या करता और अपने पास भेजे हुए लोगों को पत्थरों से मार देता है। मैंने कितनी बार चाहा कि तेरी सन्तान को एकत्र कर लूँ, जैसे मुर्गी अपने चूज़ों को अपने डैनों के नीचे एकत्र कर लेती है, परन्तु तुम लोगों ने इनकार कर दिया।

35) देखो, तुम्हारा घर उजाड़ छोड़ दिया जायेगा। मैं तुम से कहता हूँ, तुम मुझे तब तक नहीं देखोगे, जब तक तुम यह न कहोगे, ’धन्य हैं वह, जो प्रभु के नाम पर आते हैं’!“

📚 मनन-चिंतन

आज का पहला पाठ जो संत पौलुस का एफेसियों के नाम पत्र से लिया गया है, आध्यात्मिक सुरक्षा और संरक्षण के बारे में बोलता है। हम सभी को सुरक्षा की जरूरत है, खासकर हमारे दुश्मनों से बचे रहने के लिए। हमारा सामर्थ्य और शक्ति पर्याप्त नहीं है; हमें प्रभु की शक्ति और संरक्षण में मजबूत होने की जरूरत है। जीवन की बुराईयों का सामना करने और अपने जीवन में बने रहने के लिए यह बहुत आवश्यक है। मानव और सांसारिक शक्ति, रणनीति और हथियार पर्याप्त और विश्वसनीय नहीं हैं; दिव्य कवच ही सुनिश्चित सुरक्षा है। संत पौलुस हमें कहता है कि हमें सच्चाई, धार्मिकता, सुसमाचार का उत्साह, विश्वास, मुक्ति और परमेश्वर के वचन को धारण करना चाहिए जिससे हम शत्रु का सामना करने में समर्थ हो जाएँ। इन आध्यात्मिक शास्त्रों से लैस व्यक्ति कभी पराजित नहीं हो सकता।

आज का अनुवाक्य इस बात पर ज़ोर देता है, "धन्य है प्रभु, मेरी चट्टान"। जो कोई भी प्रभु पर भरोसा करता है, वह उसकी सुरक्षा का अनुभव करेगा।

आज का सुसमाचार येसु के साहस और आत्मविश्वास को प्रदर्शित करता है और विरोध के बावजूद सुसमाचार का प्रचार करने की उसकी इच्छा को दर्शाता है।

क्या तुम अपने दुश्मनों से डरते हो? क्या तुम अक्सर अपने संघर्षों में असफल रहते हो ? क्या तूम अपनी ताकत पर भरोसा करते हो और प्रभु पर नहीं? ईश्वर और उसके कवच धारण करो!

📚 REFLECTION

Today’s first reading from the letter of St. Paul to the Ephesians speaks about spiritual protection. We all need protection, especially from our enemies. Our strength is not good enough, we need to grow strong in the Lord, with the strength of his power. This is needed to resist the worst and to stand your ground. Human and worldly power, tactics and weapons are not sure enough; divine armour is sure protection. St. Paul enumerates the divine weapons of truth, integrity, eagerness to spread the gospel, faith and the word of God. Equipped with these one can never fail.

The responsorial psalm of today emphasizes this, “Blessed be the Lord, my rock”. Anyone who trusts in the Lord will experience his protection.

The gospel demonstrates the courage and confidence of Jesus and his desire to preach the gospel in spite of the opposition and threats to his life. His courage and strength came from the love of his Father.

Are we afraid of our enemies? Do we fail often in our struggles? Could it be because we rely on our strength and not on the Lord? Put on the Lord and his armour!

* रहो पर चलते चलते अगर तुम थक  जाओ तो अपनी मंजिल याद करो । काम करते करते अगर तुम उब जाओ तो अपनी कर्तव्य याद करो । पूजा करते करते अगर तुम रुक जाओ तो अपनी याद कती । पढ़ाई करते करते अगर तुम बोर हो जाओ तो अपना लक्ष्य याद करो। हिम्मती कार्यों से अगर तुम डर जाओ तो अपनी आत्मा की पुकार सुनो सोते-सोते अगर तुम थक जाओ तो नहीं सुबह की याद करो । अपनी  गलती से अगर तुम डर जाओ तो सुधारने का प्रयास करो। 

* गम में भी खुशियां का एहसास किया जाता है चक्र दुख सुख का है विश्वास किया जाता है । अगर हसरत बनी हुई है दिल में जीने की जिंदगी गम में भी हंसकर ही किया जाता है बनाना दुनिया में पहचान कठिन होता है हर जगह पाना समान कठिन होता है भाग्य विपरीत अगर है तुम्हारे तब देखो जिंदगी का यह इत्महान कठिन होता है । 

🤔प्यार ही था जिसने हमें बनाया और प्यार ही था । जिसने हमें बचाया हम सब पर ईश्वर से ही देखता है ईश्वर का दिव्य सभाव ही प्यार है क्योंकि ईश्वर प्रेम है
